Well people and success-starved Liverpool fans, there is finally some good news on the transfer front. It is rumoured that Spurs skipper Robbie Keane is on his way to Anfield. I think he would make a good strike partner for Torres and also for Gerrard bombing from midfield. He holds on to the ball well and can also score himself. Am hopeful transfer will happen.
As for Gareth Barry, it seems Aston Villa is now demanding 18mil for him. I say forget it and get someone else. David Villa is valued at only 20mil, Barry at 18m? Villa had better get a reality check!
And Chelsea : As usual, they r trying to buy the whole world again. Deco has joined them. Rumour has it that they are also after Robinho, Ronaldinho, Arshavin and the whole Spanish Euro Team! Surprisingly, the Scum team has been relatively quiet. Must be trying really hard to make Ronaldo stay! My advice, let the spoilt brat leave and make loads of money out of himlah! No player is bigger than the team!

Is he gonna be more effective than crouch as strike partner? Me thought given the chance, Crouch-Torres would have made good partnership.
And will he be played? If Rafa sticks to his 4-5-1 with two holding midfielders, point is moot rite?
As fer Barry, he has already said he wants to leave. Me thinks we will get him fer around 15m as Rafa loves having three or four defensive midfileders in the squad.
We are selling Yossi but no news on Bentley as possible replacement. Rafa is getting rid of all the useful playmakers in the squad. sigh . . .
5mil plus Crouch!
U got a point abt how often will he be played. If Rafa sticks to 4-5-1, then he won't get much playing time. But Keane is said to be desperate to play in the Champs league, so there goes.
15m fer Barry to me is still on the high side. But he is a good and dependable player but not one to set the league alight tho. I still think we shd try fer Villa.
David Bentley is good too. Hope he decides to sign.
And finally, that hooligan that is Joey Barton has been sacked for all his misdemeanors. No one is gonna buy him now b'cos of his disciplinary record. Looks like curtains for him at 25!
